Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Divy (D Corp & Pandari Construction and Interiors LLP). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.
General
- Divy (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides home, office, and commercial renovation and makeover services.
- By booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions along with our Privacy Policy.
Service Scope
- All services will be carried out as per the agreed quotation, drawings, and specifications.
- Any additional work requested after confirmation will be treated as a variation and may attract extra charges.
- Site conditions must be made accessible and safe for our team to perform the work.
Communication
- By contacting us via WhatsApp Business, you consent to receive service updates, quotations, and limited promotional messages from Divy.
- All project-related instructions/approvals given via WhatsApp are considered valid and binding.
- For official documentation (contracts, invoices, legal matters), email or signed copies will take precedence.
Quotations & Pricing
- Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
- Prices are estimated based on site measurements, material specifications, and labour costs.
- Final billing may vary due to unforeseen site conditions, design changes, or material upgrades requested by the client.
Materials & Labour
- A booking/advance payment is required to confirm services.
- Staged payments may be required depending on project size (e.g., 40% advance, 55% during work, 5% on completion).
- Payments must be made via approved methods (bank transfer, UPI, cheque).
- Delayed payments may attract penalties or work stoppage.
Warranty & Liability
- Workmanship warranty will be provided for up to 12 months, depending on the type of service.
- No warranty is applicable if third-party contractors alter our work after completion.
- Divy is not liable for natural wear and tear, misuse, or damages caused by unforeseen circumstances (flooding, structural settlement, electrical overloads, etc.).
Timelines
- Project timelines will be communicated in advance and followed as per mutual agreement.
- Delays caused by force majeure, vendor supply, or client-driven changes are not the responsibility of Divy.
Payments
- Clients may choose to supply their own materials; however, Divy will not be responsible for quality or delays caused by client-supplied materials.
- If Divy supplies materials, they will be sourced from trusted vendors.
- Labour charges will be clearly specified in the quotation.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be requested in writing/email before work starts.
- If materials are already procured or work has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 working days, after deducting expenses incurred.
- Cancellations requested via WhatsApp are accepted but must be confirmed via email for record-keeping.
- Refund updates will also be shared on WhatsApp for convenience.
Site Responsibility
- The client must provide water, electricity, and site access during the project.
- Divy will take care to minimize disruption but is not responsible for incidental damage to items not removed/protected by the client.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will first be addressed through mutual discussion.
- If unresolved, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka courts.
Warranty & Liability

Disclaimer
- Any designs, visuals, or price estimates shared on WhatsApp are for reference only and may differ from final execution.
- Divy is not liable for miscommunication if messages are deleted, unsent, or lost due to WhatsApp technical issues.
